Terms of Service

Mellow ASO is an App Store optimization tool that tracks keyword rankings, competitors, metadata and reviews using publicly available App Store data. It is provided on a software-as-a-service basis.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the service.

Mellow ASO offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Pro costs 12 US dollars per month, or 120 US dollars per year when billed annually. Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes.

Pro includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial, and the subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.

Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it through unauthorised means, resell it without permission, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Rankings, volumes, scores and other figures are estimates derived from public data and may not always be accurate or up to date. They are provided for informational purposes only, and we do not guarantee any specific ranking, result or outcome.

The service, including its software, design and content, belongs to Mellow ASO. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while your account is active. The data and content you add remain yours.

Mellow ASO relies on publicly available data from the Apple App Store. Apple is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, Mellow ASO.

The service is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mellow ASO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or business arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
